COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Elliott joined the team in March 2020 as an Estimator but has since progressed onto Commercial Manager. Elliott provides commercial expertise to the business estimating function ensuring projects are procured and delivered as efficiently for our client base as possible.
Outside of work Elliott is currently renovating his home and when he is not busy with this, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling with his girlfriend and taking their dog Charlie out on long walks.

Karl joined the PMR team in xxxx With over 10 years of experience, Karl brings a wealth of industry knowledge.
Outside of work, Karl is a passionate football fan and proudly supports Birmingham City.

TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Drew has been part of the PMR Team since October 2022 and joined as a trainee QS. Drew is currently undertaking an RICS Quantity Surveying course and assisting the commercial team with the preparation and management of projects.
Outside of work Drew enjoys spending time with his family & friends. Drew also enjoys walking his 3 dogs Ernie, Ted & Prince.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Mick has been with PMR since October 2020 and brings over 40 years industry experience to the team. Taking ownership of our onsite operatives, Mick manages multiple teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery is up to the highest standards of health and safety and quality.
Outside of work, whenever he takes a day off, Mick and his wife enjoy holidays abroad to sunnier climates and good food.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Becky joined the PMR team in May 2023. She brings a wealth of experience in HR, marketing, customer service, and business development. In her previous role, Becky managed marketing campaigns and initiatives to support business development in the public sector.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with fitness classes, going for walks, and spending time with her family and friends.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Matt has been with us since November 2023 and currently works in the Commercial Department. Matt’s role is to ensure that policies and procedures are followed within the team as well overviewing the financial reports for all Projects. His experience has been both in the UK and overseas, where he lived and worked for 13 years in the UAE for some of the biggest local Construction Companies in Dubai.
Matt is a big Rugby follower and an avid cyclist and regularly competes in race events ranging from 10km fun runs all the way up to Ultra Marathons and enjoys competing with his Club Team in Triathlons, both local sprints up to full Ironman events. His family life is occupied by his wonderful wife and two energetic girls who love Hiking and Mountain Biking together as a family.

Sophie joined our team in May 2023 as a Business Development Manager. With a rich background in program management and customer service, Sophie brings a wealth of experience to our organisation. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, Wilson, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Lee joined our team in September 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong set of qualifications. He is an APMP certified Operations Director, with supporting PRINCE2®, Agile, MoR®, and MSP® Training. As a leader, mentor, and Chartered Manager, Lee excels in implementing policies and leading our multi-disciplined team to achieve project delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.
As an Incorporated Engineer, Lee also has extensive in experience in executing Civil, MEP, and Fit-out projects, with a background in design, tendering, material procurement, supervision, project control, technical advice, and liaison. Additionally, he is also a qualified security professional, as well as in auditing and contracts, risk, and facilities management.
JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chris brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined PMR in 2006 as a skilled operative working his way up to foreman and eventually being promoted to Construction Manager. In 2019, a management buyout took place Chris became the Joint Managing Director of PMR.
In his spare time, he enjoys motorsport and spending time with his family.
JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chris joined PMR in 2015 as Commercial Manager and was promoted to Commercial Director in 2017 having overall responsibility for all commercial aspects of the business. 5 years ago, a Management Buyout took place which saw Chris Oakley and Chris Morrall take the helm.
As Joint Managing Director of PMR, Chris has the responsibility to drive the business leadership and strategy, whilst ensuring our employees reach their full potential.
With 20 years of experience within the Construction sector, Chris offers a diverse range of skills to continuously enhance and improve PMR Construction.
Outside of work, Chris is a Trustee to Solihull Care Housing Association and enjoys hiking with his partner and their dog, and a little golf on the side.
